A new year, and a new start, building a new life, resulting in my marriage to Lori on 08/09/10 at 11:12 am. This was the final year I posted photo albums to my old Gallery-powered web server at home. I've posted to Flickr ever since and finally completed moving all those old albums to Flickr (which, by extension, includes the album mirroring on my self-operated front end at photos.albj.net).

Space Shuttle Discovery STS-131 Launch, April 5, 2010

Easily the best-looking launch I've ever witnessed. Fitting that the Space Shuttle's final night launch was so spectacular. The first 12 items are my video recording with the final portion sped up to 20X speed to show the smoke cloud drifts, followed by several of my own photos. The remaining 140+ photos were taken by my wife, Lori.

Magic Kingdom & Lori's Birthday Weekend, June 11-12, 2010

Lori's birthday began with a gift of a Vera Bradley handbag she'd been eyeing for quite some time, followed by an afternoon at Magic Kingdom. The next day, at her parents' house, she received a new dress while her sister, Lisa, received some items for her soon-to-be-newborn baby, Mason. (The majority of photos in this album were taken by Lori.)
